Police and protesters have clashed in India's capital after a man shot at protesters rallying against the controversial citizenship law. It is the latest outbreak of violence in weeks of nationwide protests against the law which puts minorities from three neighbouring countries on a fast track to gaining citizenship but excludes Muslims.
